Frank Tramontozzi

Quincy

Frank represents the city of Quincy on the advisory board and is also treasurer of the Aviation Operations Subcommittee.  Frank currently serves Quincy as Mayor Thomas Koch’s Director of Infrastructure, the mayor’s liaison to MassDOT Board of Directors and the MBTA Board of Directors. In addition to being the Quincy representative to the Massport CAC, he is on the MBTA Advisory Board and the Metropolitan Area Planning Council.

Prior to joining Mayor Koch’s team, Frank served as Chief Engineer at MassDOT (and previously as Chief Engineer at MassHighway) and is also the former Commissioner, Boston Transportation Department and Chair of the Boston Air Pollution Control Commission, Member – Boston Public Safety Commission & Boston Public Improvement Commission.  He is a Massachusetts licensed professional engineer and a Massachusetts licensed construction supervisor.
