• As Chair of the Environment & Health Sub-Committee of the Massport Community Advisory Committee, she focuses on the intersection of airport operations, environmental justice, and the health impacts of noise and air pollution on neighboring communities.
• She serves on the Board of Directors for the U.S. PropTech Council, overseeing Governance and Expansion, and as a startup mentor at the Wentworth Institute of Technology’s Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center.
• Alice is a member of Women Applying AI, a global professional network, and collaborates with the AI Blueprint for Massachusetts to advance ethical and inclusive approaches to artificial intelligence.
• She previously served on the Board of Directors for the American Marketing Association, where she was a two-term President of the Boston Chapter, and she also served as Public Relations Chair for the American Staffing Association, strengthening national visibility for the staffing industry.
• Earlier in her career, Alice led marketing and strategic growth for the startup philanthropy Boston Rising, where she leveraged technology to build a social network designed to combat intergenerational poverty in partnership with Boston’s leading change agents and civil rights advocates.

As Chair of the Environment & Health Sub-Committee, Alice advances initiatives that ensure community interests are represented and that key environmental and health data are collected and shared transparently. Working with MCAC members, Massport, the FAA, local government, and community partners, she helps strengthen communication, promote informed decision-making, and support outcomes that balance operational excellence with community well-being.
